Sherpa Charm – “Sherpa” – 17.1h, 1996 Hanoverian approved TB mare by Nepal
Sherpa is the newest addition to SlateHill Sport Horses. She came up from New York in the spring of 2008. She was a steeplechaser in her original career. Sherpa was approved at the Hilltop Farm American Hanoverian Society Mare Inspection with a score of 7.16 & was accepted into the Pre-Studbook. She received 8s for Neck, typiness, Femininity & Gaits. She has had 2 foals, (one seen here by Weltmeyer), she’s now here in Nova Scotia to carry on her broodmare role.

Sherpa has a soft flowing trot that takes your breath away, and her grandsire, Raja Baba, was as prolific sport horse producer, and sire of Babamist, famed event horse sire. I can’t wait to see her first baby here in the spring of 2009.
