Lady Madelaine – “Maddie” – 16.1h, 1995 CSH (TB/HAN) mare by Fantast
She is Slate Hill Sport Horse’s foundation mare. An honest, sweet natured horse, she passes that awesome sensibility on to her foals. She is a spirited, hard working mare that was excelling at jumping when an injury at pasture brought her to her new career of broodmare. While sound now, Maddie is such good mom, we’ve let her continue on in her new role.

Maddie was taken for her Belgium warmblood inspection Aug 23rd where she received a score to be proud of and placed 2nd. (not bad for a 14 year old mom of 4!)

I was really happy with her, and this means the next 2 years of foals with Gatsby will be registered Belgium Warmbloods!
